Administrator - We are seeking a qualified, full-time, LVVI Administrator to manage the overall operations of La Veta Village. Demonstrated (minimum of 3 years) experience in a managerial position providing care to older adults, supervisory/administrative capabilities (including fiscal management, marketing, and public relations), and references are required. Strong preference will be given to candidates with non-profit and/or Assisted Living experience. We seek a leader who has a passion for working with older adults, is caring and empathetic with people, action-oriented, and an excellent written and oral communicator. Computer (Microsoft Office tools) and business administrative fluency, as well as basic understanding of financial management, are also required. We are offering an annual $50,000 salary. This brand new 16 suite non-profit residence in the center of the delightful town of La Veta, CO, at the base of the Spanish Peaks, is a wonderful opportunity for the right person. Is it you?

QMAP (Qualified Medical Administration Person) - We are seeking a QMAP to administer medications to residents according to the Colorado Department of Health regulations. This position will require all hired to pass the required classes and testing.
